Identify the power of your personal values and leverage this to to shape your career pathway by challenging your mindset in new, creative ways.

Explore what matters most to you and turn your lived experience into a conceptual fashion design, moodboard and technical pack. It's all about your authentic voice.

Develop your personal brand through analysing your current skillset and creating a pathway towards an actionable career plan.
Creative Story Telling
Build up the confidence with the unique toolkit to communicate your personal narrative and effectively convey your story in every room you enter.
Pitch Perfect
Actively learn how to deliver a killer pitch and practice your creative pitch to a mini-panel and receive live feedback.
Final pitch and winning design
This competitive element is an effective tool to prepare you for the realities of working life and push you out your comfort zone by pitching live to leaders in companies as large as Apple!
AMBASSADOR PROGRAMME
After completing IYCP, each young person has the opportunity to sign up to our Ambassador Programme - undertaking work experience within the creative industry and applying the skills they have learnt.
