Yes, all our orders are posted out with tracking & signed receipt. This is for your peace of mind & ours too.

We ship internationally wherever you might be - we've got you 🌍. That also includes shipping throughout England, Scotland, Wales & Ireland

All orders are dispatched the very next day. Depending on what service you choose for at checkout, your delivery may vary between 1 working day - 4 working days

Sincere apologies if that rare event happens. In the first instance, please check your tracking number for your order & if it's not resolved with the courier, email us & we'll get in touch to help you get your fresh clothes asap:


Please allow a period of up to 4-weeks (worst case scenario) for your pre-ordered item to arrive. The additional time is used to ensure each garment is perfectly crafted, ordered to our store centre in good time & then shipped out to you.

Don't stress, just wait until the item arrives & if you're still not happy with it, we'll give you 30 days from the day you receive it, to return it in its original packaging.

Returns & exchanges

If you've bought an item, received and kept it's original packaging - if within 7 days you've changed your mind, we will give a full (100%) refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We want you to love all of your purchases with us. If you're not happy & the item is still in its original condition & unworn, we will offer you two options: a) an exchange for an item of the same value, b) store credit for the amount of your purchase.

Note: we will not be able to cover the cost of your return postage & we encourage you to use a tracked delivery service.

Yes - We're happy to exchange your item for one of similar value or less - as long as the item has not been worn & in its original packaging. Simply drop us an email to arrange the exchange process. Please email

In the rare - & we mean rare - chance your item is faulty, you can receive a full refund (100% of your money). Simply provide a picture/video of the fault to our email address for us to review. We will even cover the shipping cost back to us too.

Note: A fault must be a manufacturer fault and the item must have arrived to you that way. If you have worn or tampered with the item in any way, we will not support your case.

We are happy to give full refunds for any items you are not happy with, given a full reason is provided for the refund within the first 7 days of you receiving the item - the item must be unworn and in the same condition it was posted out. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If a reasonable justification is not given for a refund, we are happy to exchange your item for one of similar value (unless they are reported as faulty and evidence is shown upon arrival of the item, then we will process a full refund).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
