The Identify You Creative Programme (IYCP) is a free, 6-day intensive that gives you creative skills, a real qualification, industry connections, and — most importantly — the confidence to know you belong in any room you walk into.
Is this for you?
You don't need any qualifications, experience, or a "plan" to join IYCP. You just need to be willing to show up and engage. That's it.
Our programme is designed for young people who've felt overlooked by mainstream pathways — whether that's school, work, or the creative industries. If that sounds like you, this is your space.
- You're aged 14–25 and based in or around South London
- Not in full-time education or employment - or just figuring things out — all welcome
- You're interested in creativity, fashion, branding, or design — even if you've never done it before
- You're looking to build confidence and figure out your next steps
- Willing to commit to the full programme

- You want a real qualification and real industry exposure — for free

A recognised qualification
Every young person who completes IYCP receives a Leadership and Development qualification, supported by the Rio Ferdinand Foundation.
A portfolio of work
You'll create a moodboard, a conceptual fashion design, a personal brand, and a full pitch deck. All yours to take away and use.
Confidence that sticks
From pitching to senior leaders at Apple to learning how to walk into any room and own it — IYCP builds a version of confidence that doesn't fade when the programme ends.

We take you inside places like the Southbank Centre, Tate Britain, and Depop HQ — and connect you with professionals who can open doors.

What happens across the 6 days
Find the power in your story
We kick off by exploring who you are — your personal values, your background, and why all of it matters.
Turn your lived experience into creative work
What matters most to you? On Day 2 you turn that into a conceptual fashion design, moodboard, and technical pack. This is where creativity and personal narrative collide — and where your authentic voice starts to show up in your work.
Build your personal brand
All about translating who you are into how you show up professionally. You'll analyse your current skillset, identify where you want to go, and create an actionable career plan built around your actual strengths — not a generic template.
Learn to own every room you walk into
You've got a story. All about learning to tell it — confidently, compellingly, and in a way that resonates. We give you a unique toolkit for communicating your narrative in any professional setting.
Pitching + Power selling tools
This isn't a theory session — you'll actively practice delivering your creative pitch to a mini-panel and receive real, live feedback. By the end of the Day, you'll know how to walk into a pitch and hold the room.
Pitch live to industry leaders. Win.
The final day is where it all comes together. You'll pitch your creative concept and personal brand to a panel of senior industry leaders — including at companies as large as Apple. This is the real thing. A competitive element designed to push you out of your comfort zone and into your power.
Every participant leaves with a real qualification.
All young people who complete IYCP receive a nationally recognised Leadership and Development qualification, delivered in partnership with the Rio Ferdinand Foundation. That's something real to put on your CV — no matter what comes next.

After IYCP: The Ambassador Programme
IYCP is just the beginning. The Ambassador Programme is where it gets real.
After completing IYCP, young people can apply to our Ambassador Programme — a pathway into real work experience, mentoring roles, and active involvement in shaping Trash Gxng's future.
Ambassadors don't just represent the organisation. They help design programmes, speak at events, collaborate with partners, and in some cases step into paid roles within the team.
